How do I book an appointment?We make booking appointments easy. You can simply book online by clicking HERE or calling us at 254.776.8006.

What do I do if I am going to be late to my appointment.If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled.

Should I make it to my appointment early?Yes! Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty.

Is gratuity included in the price?Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated.

What is your no show policy?Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the oppurtunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services. Our appointments are confirmed via phone call 48 hours in advance and via text messages/email 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a "No Show" fee will apply. 1st Time No Show It's on us! No worries... we all get busy and forget. 2nd Time No Show 50% Deposit Due* We hate that you missed your appointment... 3rd Time No Show 100% Deposit Due* We miss you! But as a courtesy to your stylist... With 2nd and 3rd No Shows, we will require that you pay for the reserved service amount (50% or 100%) in advance for future appointment. Any deposits made will be applied in full to your service, so long as you keep your appointment.
